The Vice President is responsible for overseeing regional operations, client relationships, financial accountability, revenue growth, and providing strategic leadership for the Mid-Atlantic region for civil construction and utility projects across the east coast.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage operations, including estimating, bidding and project management.
• Manage a team of 100+ employees, including senior leaders (PMs, Superintendents, Business Development, VP of Finance, Estimators).
• Responsible for client satisfaction, building relationships and partnerships, and ensuring all projects meet performance and quality standards.
• Responsible for market forecasting, setting revenue targets and goals, and aligning strategy with corporate objectives.
• Ensure safety standards, regulatory requirements and QC measures are adhered to throughout all projects.
• Responsible for financial planning, job cost analysis, profitability, and client deliverables.
• Provide reporting on KPIs, market performance and goals, performance outcomes, etc. with executive leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications
• 15+ years in a leadership role in civil construction, utilities or large-scale infrastructure
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or relevant discipline strongly preferred
• P.E. License in Virginia strongly preferred
• Proven track record overseeing $40M+ projects with profitable execution
• Strong understanding of the data center industry (OSP and ISP)
• Familiar with Sitetracker, Procore, HeavyBid, Bid2Win and CRM strongly preferred
• Some travel to job sites or leadership meetings required
