Hylan Collaborates with OneConnect to Implement RingCentral’s Unified Communications Solution

Today we are honored to recognize one of our most valued partners – OneConnect, who helps Hylan in our venture to ensure we make the most optimal technology decisions for our company across the board. Through our partnership with OneConnect, Hylan was recently able to secure a new, complete Unified Communications (UC) solution with enterprise Voice over IP capabilities.

Leveraging its multiple partnerships with the top technology and IT providers worldwide, OneConnect consulted with our team to research and explore secure, compliant UC solutions to consolidate voice, data, video and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)/mobility management. Following the stringent selection process, we have ultimately selected RingCentral, the leading global cloud communications provider, to provide our company with its innovative UC solution, which includes unified messaging, presence, audio, video and web conferencing, contact center and fax. Presently, RingCentral has integrated services into our Hylan and Hylan Datacom & Electrical offices in New York and New Jersey, but we plan to extend into our other Hylan Companies’ locations, including Down Under Construction, Hylan West, and Western Utility.
