Hylan is pleased to welcome the new Director of our Utility Power Division, Rob Dougherty. Rob has extensive experience in the utility power sector and will be an important element in Hylan’s growth. His past professional experience includes time as a PM/Estimator for Elecnor Hawkeye Group and over 11 years as a PM with Utilities & Industries.
Rob will work to expand Hylan’s reach into utility sectors all across the Northeast and Northern Mid-Atlantic U.S., which will mirror the company’s growth into new markets.
