We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our finance team as an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (AR/AP) Specialist. This position provides an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working with numbers and financial data. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable (AP):
  • Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure proper documentation.
  • Review Aging’s and compare to AR Collections to assure proper payments to vendors that worked on those accounts
  • Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries.
  • Obtain W-9s and Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for all Subcontractors
  • Reconcile Vendor Statements to AP aging
Accounts Receivable (AR): 
  • Post AR adjustments as per credit/debit memos
  • Post and apply receipts from customers and miscellaneous receipts
  • Create new customers
General:
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems (digital and/or physical).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles
  • Support other accounting and administrative tasks as needed
   Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships or coursework may be considered).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Sage 300 is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.

Job purpose The Foreman plans, organizes, and coordinates projects from start to finish. She/he is responsible for the budget, personnel, quality and customer service. Duties and responsibilities
  • Responsible for planning and coordinating a project, ordering materials and managing manpower to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
  • Manage project man-hour budgets and track production
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, giving progress reports and tours to customers as needed
  • Handle creation of job duties, delegate tasks to crew(s), and create and monitor schedules for each crew
  • Brief crew members regarding daily tasks and how they should be carried out
  • Ensure accuracy of work orders
  • Ensure worksites are clean and clear of any hazardous materials prior to the beginning of a project
  • Ensure all machinery, equipment, tools, materials, supplies and resources are ready and available to crew(s) in a timely manner
  • Monitor daily construction procedures to ensure that proper quality is maintained and that schedules are being followed
  • Create progress reports on a daily basis and ensure that any significant information is communicated to the superintendent and any other applicable management team member
  • Ensure safety policies and procedures are being followed and handle onsite incidents and emergencies in a proactive manner
  • Create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of supplies and materials

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • CDL strongly preferred
  • Certified or licensed in the associated craft
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction procedures
  • Possess exceptional time management skills and ability to work towards tight deadlines
  • Ability to work well with others, both internally and externally
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job purpose The Operating Engineer will operate power construction equipment, such as bulldozers, front-end loaders, backhoes, scrapers, motor graders, shovels and derricks. He/she may also be responsible for running large pumps or air compressors. Duties and responsibilities
  • Drive heavy construction equipment and control attachments, such as buckets, swing booms, scrapers and blades.
  • Control water and air output of pumps and compressors.
  • Ability to locate underground services and determine how deep they are.
  • Perform equipment and materials inspections.

The Laborer is responsible for completing projects in a timely and effective manner through preparation and cleanup of the job site. Duties and responsibilities
  • Prepare job site for project.
  • Dig trenches and backfill holes to prepare the site.
  • Follow instructions from project managers, superintendents, and foreman to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Load and unload materials.
  • Clean the construction site by removing hazardous material and debris from the worksite.
  • Assist other members of the crew as needed.
