Responsibilities
- Primary job duties will be operating and maintaining HDD equipment and locating bores, job functions will include general labor functions as directed by the project Foreman
- Accountable to ensure accuracy related to tasks and follow all policies and procedures related to safety, quality and production
- Must be 21 years old
- CDL Class A driver license with tanker endorsement and clean driving record
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in locating and/or operating Vermeer and Ditch Witch horizontal directional drilling equipment
- Must be proficient in DCI locating equipment and software or equivalent
- Must be proficient in using various vacuum potholing equipment
- Must have a keen sense of assessing good bore rig set up, down-hole tooling and fluid mixing prior to starting construction
- Must be very safety conscientious and involved in new site Job Hazard Analysis – JHA’s prior to starting construction
- Must be well-organized in proper setup and bore planning methodology
- Ensure safety in work areas at all times according to policies and procedures for all drilling rig operations
- Must know rod and radius limitations, understand pulling and placing mud volume calculations
- Will be required to operate tampers, jackhammers or misc. hand tools when needed will also work in the field with the crews completing work

Responsibilities
- Effectively run a single or multiple project site locations once they are set up and construction ready
- Responsible to provide direction of projects tasks and hold all team members accountable for safety, quality and production
- Must be 21 years old, have a valid driver license with clean driving record & health card
- 5+ years or more previous industry experience in utility construction
- Be available to work overtime and emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Must be able to effectively communicate with crew, inspectors and customer representatives on site
- Experience working with customer specifications, outside agencies, utility companies
- Ability to communicate effectively and handle projects top to bottom
- Work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Perform associated documentation (time cards, daily production reports, etc.)
- Read construction prints, permits and complete redline as-built’s
- OHSA 10Hr., Confined Space Training, Competent Person Training, First Aid / CPR
- Class A CDL
- Bi-lingual

Responsibilities
- Primary job duties will be transporting material, equipment and job related items, secondary job functions will include general labor functions as directed by the project Foreman
- Accountable to ensure accuracy related to tasks and follow all policies and procedures related to safety, quality and production
- Must be 21 years of age and have a Commercial Driver’s License with air brake and tanker endorsements and per state requirements.
- Must be able to perform physical manual labor duties within the work day
- Be able to read and speak the English language in accordance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety regulations.
- Ensure that safety equipment is used properly at all times and that work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
- Operate service and maintain trucks and other equipment.
- Comply with proper method of loading and unloading for the various material and equipment to be transported.
- Be able to report to crew at the time specified and to maintain contact with crew and dispatch offices as required.
- Be able to follow company guidelines in regard to acceptable conduct when dealing with customers, fellow employees and the public.
- Must pass company drug testing procedures as well as Federal Motor Carrier drug and alcohol testing regulations.
- Keep appropriate documentation to include DVIR and Trip Logs. (timecards, job cost, etc.).
- Be able to complete driver daily logs and all necessary trip reports, fuel reports.
