Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
• Primary job duties will be general labor functions as directed by the project Crew Leader or Foreman
• Accountable to ensure accuracy related to tasks and follow all policies and procedures related to safety, quality and production
Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years old
• Have a valid Driver’s License and health card (if driver)
• Must be able to perform physical manual labor duties within the workday
• Ensure that safety equipment is used properly at all times and that work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
• Be able to follow company guidelines in regard to acceptable conduct when dealing with customers, fellow employees in a team environment and the public.
• Must pass company drug testing procedures as well as Federal Motor Carrier drug and alcohol testing regulations.
• Must possess good communication skills
• Must have the ability to exert heavy physical effort
• Must have the ability to lift heavy physical objects
• Must have the ability to kneel, crouch, balance, climb or crawl

• Frequently use hand tools, pneumatic tools ( tampers, compactors, 90lb jackhammer, chipping hammer)

Responsibilities:
• Effectively run a single or multiple project site locations once they are set up and construction ready
• Responsible to provide direction of projects tasks and hold all team members accountable for safety, quality and production
Qualifications:
• Must be 21 years old, have a valid driver license with clean driving record & health card
• 5+ years or more previous industry experience in utility construction
• Be available to work overtime and emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with the crew, inspectors and customer representatives on-site
• Experience working with customer specifications, outside agencies, utility companies,
• Ability to communicate effectively and handle projects top to bottom,
• Work effectively in a team-oriented environment,
• Perform associated documentation (time cards, daily production reports, etc.)
• Read construction prints, permits and complete redline as-builts
Preferred candidates will have:
• OHSA 10Hr., Confined Space Training, Competent Person Training, First Aid / CPR
• Class A CDL
• Bi-lingual
